Schedule: Monday – Friday, full-time (40 hours/week)

How you will spend your time as a Medical Assistant / Certified Nursing Assistant :

Provide direct patient care including vitals, lab work, medication administration (within scope), and follow-up support
Assist with patient intake, triage (phone and walk-in), and care coordination
Support providers with both clinical and administrative tasks to ensure smooth patient flow
Document patient information and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)
Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to support behavioral health treatment plans
Administer treatments, collect samples, and monitor patient conditions
Handle scheduling, phones, prior authorizations, medication refills, and general front-office support
Maintain compliance with safety procedures and report any concerns promptly

Skills and experience we would like you to have as a Medical Assistant / Certified Nursing Assistant :

Active certification in one of the following:
- CMA, RMA, CNA (with QMAP), EMT (Basic/Intermediate), or similar
2-3 years of healthcare experience
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
BLS certification required
Valid driver’s license (or ability to obtain)
Bilingual (Spanish) highly valued
