Description

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously, providing a professional and engaging experience both in person and over the phone.
• Identify customer needs through active listening and product knowledge to recommend suitable vehicles, features, and financing options.
• Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to highlight vehicle performance, features, and benefits.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of dealership inventory, promotions, financing options, and manufacturer programs.
• Prepare accurate sales proposals and complete all related documentation efficiently and compliantly.
• Collaborate with the finance and insurance (F&I) team to ensure a smooth and transparent transaction process.
• Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction, encourage referrals, and generate repeat business.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold dealership standards of integrity and customer service.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor models, and evolving customer preferences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred).
• Proven experience in automotive sales or a related customer-facing sales environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Passion for the automotive industry and commitment to continuous learning.
• 2 YEARS SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
