You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. Responsibilities Ensure members see a well‑kept parking lot and see carts ready and available. Assist members with purchases, use of merchandise, and loading vehicles. Sweep walk‑through areas to maintain a clean and safe environment. Provide exceptional customer service to members throughout the club, answering questions and addressing concerns. Greet members with a positive attitude, smile, welcome, and thank them. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the parking lot, cart/flatbed area, and club interior. Stand for long periods and move quickly and accurately while assisting members. Use cart retrieval equipment and cash registers in accordance with policy. Resolve member service issues and promote company products and services. Follow safety procedures, conduct safety sweeps, and report unsafe situations to management.
