This unique individual will have a positive approach while learning new roles, be comfortable with change, and enjoy collaborating with others. Requirements Must be 21 years of age and comply with all local, state and company regulations Required to undergo a criminal background check and appropriate state badging (as directed by state ordinances) Minimum of 1 to 2 years of cannabis, retail, or hospitality leadership, with strong operation skills and comprehension of significant cash handling Experience in inventory management, including merchandising, logistics, and investigation tasks Comprehension of Florida Cannabis Regulations and Allotment compliance is a plus Open availability, including holidays, evenings, and weekends Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, POS, and inventory management software Physical and Mental Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position, move and position oneself, communicate, operate and prepare, place, and position objects, tools, or controls. The employee must occasionally move packages weighing up to 20 lb. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close observation and the ability to adjust focus.
