Sr Fiscal Services Tech Requisition ID: req37860 Position Grade: 11 Position Summary The College of Nursing is in search of a highly motivated Sr. Fiscal Services Technician with excellent analytical and organizational skills to contribute to our Finance and Administration department. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with strong organization skills and customer service abilities, capable of collaborating effectively with faculty, staff, and students at all levels. This role will play a key part in travel arrangements as well as other financial activities, including timekeeping/UKG payroll tasks, account reconciliations and acting as backup to the purchasing processes. Additionally, the incumbent may contribute to fiscal year budget revisions as needed to ensure alignment with the College's strategic objectives. Primary job duties and responsibilities will include: Travel Reimbursements – Manage the travel needs of the College. Ensure travel reimbursements are timely, accurate and in compliance with UNM policies Time Management – UKG payroll time entry and approval, to include leave reporting Acting as backup to the College’s primary purchaser - Managing Purchasing Card and Purchase Order transactions over $3 million utilizing Chrome River and LoboMart Financial reporting using Banner, MyReports, and QuickBooks Assisting in administering/monitoring budgets and initiating journal vouchers for various Nursing programs and unrestricted/restricted indices College of Nursing The University Of New Mexico College of Nursing, located in Albuquerque, NM, ranks in the top 15% of nursing programs in the country.With over 1,000 enrolled students, the college offers pre- and post-licensure baccalaureate, master’s, post-master’s, and doctoral programs.Program offerings include the state’s premiere Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) programs; master’s and post-master’s programs across seven concentrations for APRNs, nurse educators, and nurse administrators; and the New Mexico Nurse Education Consortium baccalaureate curriculum.
