They need a partner to architect the sales function, not just run plays. Playbook, processes, structure: yours to define, yours to grow with the company. Strong performance in year one puts you on track to founding AE and the first leadership conversation as we scale.### What you'll do* Own the full sales cycle for net-new mid-market law firms: prospecting through close.* Own the conference motion: attendee lists, booth, post-event follow up.* Author the playbook. The CEO brings contextual wins and losses, you bring methodology.* Define pipeline analytics, forecast cadence, and CRM with our Head of Operations.* Lead the hire and ramp of AE #2 when the time comes.### Who you areTwo profiles fit:* The Builder. 3 to 5 years closing SMB or mid-market SaaS. Scrappy enough to run pipeline, work the booth, tune AI scripts. You'd rather build the engine than inherit one.* The Insider. Paralegal, legal ops, firm administrator, or practitioner. You've used the tech, you know why a firm buys, your network maps to the buyer.Across both: hunter instinct, intellectual honesty, and comfort with AI. We don't need both SaaS mastery and deep legal expertise on day one. We place a premium on one or the other: a real playbook, or a deep network.
