Opportunity

As part of the Tax Innovation team, you will lead the development of advanced solution architectures that drive business transformation. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction for innovative tax solutions, alignment with industry standards and client needs while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of innovative tax solution architectures.
• Maintain alignment of solutions with industry standards and client requirements.

• Set strategic direction for tax innovation initiatives.
• Oversee project execution and manage stakeholder relationships.

• Evaluate and enhance existing processes to improve productivity.

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 10 years of experience in software development with at least 5 years in application architecture and solution architecture.

What Sets You Apart

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science preferred.
• Demonstrating thought leadership in cloud-ready architectures.
• Utilizing infrastructure and platform cloud services for Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Understanding event-driven and microservices architectures.
• Leading rapid-prototyping efforts with new technologies.
• Managing integration, data, services, and deployment aspects.
• Communicating effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
• Designing technical architectures for large-scale platforms.
• Developing applications with proficiency in scripting languages.

The salary range for this position is: $150,000 - $438,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
