Stellantis Detroit is seeking an Industrial Engineering Supervisor to lead plant Industrial Engineers, coordinate staffing with production management and union leadership, and drive productivity improvements across the line. You will develop hourly and salary staffing plans, assist in building the plant budget and forecasting manpower needs, support SPW initiatives, and partner with corporate industrial engineering teams on data collection, time studies, and ergonomic analyses to optimize #J-18808-Ljbffr Stellantis
