Accountant

Intercompany Accounting Specialist

This position will support the corporate accounting group in making sure all Intercompany accounts are reconciled and in balance. In addition, this position will assist with monthly journal entries, reconciliations and other month close responsibilities. Last, this position will support a corporate department head with reviewing their results on a monthly basis, complete a monthly forecast and assist with the annual business plan.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the intercompany accounting team in reconciling all intercompany accounts on a monthly basis
• Reviewing aging of Intercompany aging and follow up on any past due invoices
• General accounting responsibilities, including but not limited to, journal entries and reconciliations related to taxes, audit fees, rebates, fixed assets and miscellaneous accruals
• Reviewing certain corporate cost centers
• Assisting in the completion of other duties as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 0-2 years' experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications, including CoPilot, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor XA, Onestream and Blackline experience a plus
• Strong ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks and communicate information in a timely fashion and with the appropriate sense of urgency
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills, organizational skills, mathematical skills, detail oriented and highly motivated
• Ability to work in a team environment and strong individual contributor
