You'll work alongside multidisciplinary teams, leveraging advanced BIM technologies to coordinate design information, support innovative engineering solutions, and drive digital transformation initiatives across North America. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines. How You'll Make an Impact Coordinate BIM workflows and digital project information from design through construction. Support engineering teams with digitalization initiatives, processes, and tools. Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans and project standards. Facilitate BIM coordination activities across multiple disciplines and stakeholders. Configure, manage, and maintain project models, datasets, and workflows. Provide technical support and guidance on BIM authoring tools and best practices. Drive continuous improvement through innovation, process enhancements, and value-added solutions. Support training, knowledge sharing, and adoption of engineering technologies. Your Background Associate degree in Engineering Drafting, CAD, or a related technical discipline. Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM coordination, BIM methodologies, or digital design environments. Experience using Autodesk solutions such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Forma. Strong understanding of model coordination, clash detection, and multidisciplinary project collaboration. Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and as part of a team.
