What You'll Do

As a Storm Restoration Sales Specialist, you'll help homeowners navigate the restoration process while managing customer relationships from start to finish.

Your responsibilities include:

• Meeting homeowners in neighborhoods affected by hail and storm damage
• Performing exterior property and roof inspections
• Identifying storm-related damage and explaining available restoration solutions
• Guiding homeowners through the insurance claims process
• Coordinating roofing restoration projects from inspection through completion
• Delivering exceptional customer service throughout every project
• Building long-term relationships that generate referrals and repeat business

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Pickup truck (or ability to obtain one within 60 days)
• Ability to complete our paid 90-day training program in Dallas, Texas
• Comfortable climbing ladders and performing roof inspections safely
