Richardson Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Internet Sales Consultants to join our growing team. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are driven by performance-based pay, we'd love to meet you.
No automotive sales experience? No problem. We provide paid training and the tools you need to succeed.
What You'll Do
Respond quickly to internet leads, phone calls, text messages, and online inquiries.
Build relationships with customers and guide them through the vehicle buying process.
Schedule appointments and follow up with prospective buyers.
Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM.
Work closely with the sales team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Meet and exceed individual sales and customer satisfaction goals.
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Comfortable using computers, email, and CRM software.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
