Are you a sales professional who knows how to build trust, create emotional connection, and confidently close high-ticket sales?

Enchanted Fairies is a luxury fine art portrait brand on a mission to speak greatness into the next generation. We are looking for a High-Ticket Sales Consultant who thrives in a consultative, relationship-driven sales environment.

In this fully remote role, you’ll host pre-scheduled Zoom consultations with families who have already completed their portrait session and are ready to purchase artwork. There is no cold calling involved.

This role is a great fit for someone with experience in luxury retail, jewelry, bridal, furniture, photography, hospitality upselling, membership sales, consultative call center sales, or other high-ticket sales environments.

Compensation & Perks

• Base salary: $35,568/year
• Uncapped commission: 5% of collected sales

Requirements:

What You’ll Do

• Conduct virtual sales consultations with families
• Build rapport quickly and create a warm, high-touch client experience
• Present fine art portrait collections, upgrades, and artwork options
• Guide families through emotional and budget-based buying decisions
• Handle pricing questions and objections with confidence
• Close sales while maintaining an exceptional guest experience
• Maintain accurate notes, follow-ups, and order details in HubSpot
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance expectations

Schedule

• Work schedule: Wednesday–Sunday
• Shift options: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM CST
• Training: Wednesday–Sunday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM CST

This is not a Monday–Friday role . Weekend availability is required.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2+ years of sales or target-based experience required
• High-ticket, luxury, consultative, retail, hospitality, service-based, or commission-driven sales experience preferred
• Comfortable discussing pricing, budgets, upgrades, and purchasing decisions
• Strong rapport-building and objection-handling skills
• Confident presenting virtually on Zoom
• Organized, polished, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Comfortable working in a remote, performance-driven environment
• CRM experience preferred; HubSpot is a plus

Technical Requirements

Candidates must have a compatible computer that meets the minimum requirements below.

Mac: macOS 10.14+, Intel 1.6 GHz+, 8GB RAM minimum. Apple Silicon with 16GB+ RAM preferred.
Windows: Windows 10+ 64-bit, 2.0 GHz+ processor, 8GB RAM minimum. 16GB+ RAM preferred.

Chromebooks, tablets, and iPads are not compatible with this role.
