As an Oyster Shucker & Griller, you’ll play a key role in our kitchen, ensuring that every dish is prepared with precision and care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Expertly shucking oysters with speed and accuracy while maintaining safety standards.
• Grilling oysters, following our signature recipes.
• Ensuring all oysters are handled and prepared in accordance with food safety guidelines.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth workflow during service.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation at all times.

We’re seeking a candidate who brings professionalism, skill, and enthusiasm to the table. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 3 years of experience in oyster shucking and grilling.
• Strong knowledge of seafood preparation and handling techniques.
• A commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety in the kitchen.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
