Are you a culinary professional with a passion for crafting exceptional dishes? At Blue Bayou Restaurant & Oyster Bar , part of LKM Restaurant Group LLC , we take pride in serving our guests a taste of New Orleans with fresh, flavorful cuisine. Located in the heart of this vibrant city, we’re looking for an experienced PM Cook to join our talented kitchen team and help us deliver unforgettable dining experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

As a PM Cook , you’ll play a key role in ensuring our evening service runs smoothly and our guests enjoy the high-quality meals we’re known for. Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and cooking menu items to our exacting standards.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace in adherence to food safety guidelines.
Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficiency and consistency during service.
Assisting with inventory management and ensuring ingredients are properly stocked.
Contributing to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere in the kitchen.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking a dedicated professional who brings both skill and enthusiasm to the table. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

3 years of experience in a professional kitchen or culinary setting.
A strong understanding of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen operations.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A commitment to upholding high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
A team-player mindset with excellent communication skills.
