If you're aiming to boost your production in 2024, we are your ideal partner. Regardless of whether you have 30 days or 30 years of experience, if you can manage a high volume of business, we want you on our team. Our agents typically open 2-3 transactions a month within their first 60 days using our company-provided leads.

Responsibilities:

1. List and sell residential real estate
2. Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers
3. Prepare market analysis to determine property value
4. Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
5. Work diligently for your clients and enjoy the rewards

Pay: $75,000- $250,000 per year
