Escrow Officer

Escrow Officer to manage residential and/or commercial real estate transactions from opening through closing. This role serves as a central point of contact for clients, ensuring all escrow processes are handled accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with California regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage escrow files from opening to closing, ensuring all deadlines and requirements are met
• Review purchase agreements, lender instructions, and title commitments for accuracy
• Prepare escrow instructions, closing statements, and final settlement documents
• Coordinate signings and ensure proper execution of all closing paperwork
• Record and finalize documents with the appropriate county offices

Escrow Officers are responsible for "managing the complete closing transaction… preparing, reviewing, and disbursing funds and documents"

Customer Service & Communication

• Serve as the primary contact for buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate agents
• Respond to inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
• Provide updates on transaction status and resolve issues that may arise
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business

Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Ability to pass Background, Drug Screen and if applicable Medical Screenings (i.e. Vision, Hearing, or Physical) if Required by Client. Medical, dental, vision, ancillary coverage and 401k benefits are available.
