Responsibilities

• Answer inbound and make outbound calls to assist customers with account inquiries and support needs.
• Establish payment arrangements and explain account information clearly and professionally.
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update account information in company systems.
• Resolve customer concerns by identifying solutions and escalating issues when necessary.
• Meet productivity and quality standards while adhering to company policies and compliance requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills with accurate data entry abilities.

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous call center experience.
• Healthcare experience or familiarity with medical billing, insurance, or healthcare-related accounts.
• Experience working with payment arrangements or collections is a plus.

Additional Information

• Candidates must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
• Attendance is extremely important, especially during the first week of training, and no exceptions can be made.
• Candidates must be available to start with the designated training class; delayed start dates cannot be accommodated.
• Employees are expected to work a full 40-hour work week. Additional hours may be available, including extended daily hours and occasional Saturdays, to help make up missed time when necessary.
• Limited unpaid time off is available in accordance with company attendance policies.
