We are seeking a customer-focused and dependable Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with account inquiries, payment arrangements, and general support needs. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can provide outstanding customer service while efficiently resolving issues in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities- Answer inbound and make outbound calls to assist customers with account inquiries and support needs.
- Establish payment arrangements and explain account information clearly and professionally.
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update account information in company systems.
- Resolve customer concerns by identifying solutions and escalating issues when necessary.
- Meet productivity and quality standards while adhering to company policies and compliance requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Strong customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills with accurate data entry abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Previous call center experience.
- Healthcare experience or familiarity with medical billing, insurance, or healthcare-related accounts.
- Experience working with payment arrangements or collections is a plus.
- Candidates must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
- Attendance is extremely important, especially during the first week of training, and no exceptions can be made.
- Candidates must be available to start with the designated training class; delayed start dates cannot be accommodated.
- Employees are expected to work a full 40-hour work week. Additional hours may be available, including extended daily hours and occasional Saturdays, to help make up missed time when necessary.
- Limited unpaid time off is available in accordance with company attendance policies.
- Stable Monday-Friday schedule with evenings and weekends generally free.
