Responsibilities

• Handle employment‑related litigation in state and federal courts
• Represent employers in matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage & hour claims
• Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, and support trial preparation
• Advise clients on employment policies, compliance, and risk mitigation
• Assist with drafting employment agreements, restrictive covenants, and separation agreements
• Represent clients before administrative agencies (e.g., EEOC, NLRB)

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of labor & employment experience
• Strong background in employment litigation (class/collective action experience is a plus)
• Experience with employment counseling is highly preferred
• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters and work in a team environment
• Licensed and in good standing in Illinois
