Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to independently manage accounting processes, analyze complex issues, and support process improvements with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounting processes, projects, and daily deliverables.
- Analyze financial and operational issues and identify effective solutions.
- Support process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and training to junior team members.
- Monitor workflows, identify risks, and ensure accurate and timely results.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of accounting or finance experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with accounting/finance operations or transaction processing.
- Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end processes.
- Experience with process improvement and stakeholder collaboration preferred.
