Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls efficiently, providing prompt and professional assistance
  
  
• Maintain solid job stability through consistent, quality customer interactions
  
  
• Demonstrate excellent soft skills and positive attitude to foster customer satisfaction
  
  
• Support team and supervisor in achieving high service level goals
  
  
• Adapt to a fast-paced call center environment with open availability for shifts between 7am and 7pm
  
  
• Manage customer inquiries with good energy and personable communication
  
  
• Assist with basic troubleshooting or product information as needed

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in retail, hospitality, or call centers
  
  
• Proven job stability with over 1 year in previous roles
  
  
• Solid phone presence with excellent soft skills and a good personality
