Lead Maintenance Technician / Supervisor - Apartments (Beaumont)

Job Description

Pear Tree Property Management is looking for a Lead Maintenance Technician to run the show at our 112-unit Beaumont community. If you're EPA-certified, take pride in fast, quality turns, and want to lead rather than just take tickets, this is your seat. As an owner-operated team, we invest in the property and back our maintenance lead to do the job right.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Lead all maintenance, make-readies, and preventive upkeep for the community.

- Handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general repairs.

- Turn vacant units fast and to standard so they lease quickly.

- Manage parts, vendors, and the on-call rotation; supervise the porter.

- Keep the property safe, efficient, and looking great.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 3+ years multifamily maintenance, including lead/supervisor experience.

- EPA Section 608 (CFC) certification required; HVAC cert preferred.

- Strong all-around trade skills and a fast, quality-focused approach to turns.

- Reliable for emergency on-call. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
