Our leadership team provides professional growth and stability in a true team environment!How you'll contributeA Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) who excels in this role:Responsible for conducting functional analyses of patient behavior, participating as a member of the treatment team, contributing to the Master Treatment Plan and implementing appropriate interventions from the plan.Conducts individual and group psychoeducation, leisure activities and life- skill training and coaching for all patients.Responsible for safety monitoring of patients and of the unit.What we're looking forApplicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent. Additional requirements include:CPR and de-escalation certification within 30 days of hire.Previous experience in a psychiatric health-care facility with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, or geriatric patients preferred.1 year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting.Schedule: 3x12, Nights (7:00pm-7:30am), rotating weekendsWhy join usWe believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
