You will be responsible for responsible for developing an increased awareness in and adoption of targeted energy efficient technologies, strategic market development, customer satisfaction, as well as delivering on client goals related to outreach activity and energy savings. Adhering to designated program budgets and allocated resources.To be considered for this role you must be based in the Madison, WI area.For this exciting career opportunity, you’re a great fit if you can...Recruit, train, educate and develop relationships with contractors and other Trade Allies to encourage effective marketing of programs.Develop outreach tactics to assist in recruiting customers and trade allies.Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business customer base.Integrate program offerings into customer operations to improve customer service and satisfaction.Perform event planning, coordination and presentations of programs.Work to serve as a liaison between customers and contractors to enhance program satisfactionWork in cooperation with other energy efficiency programs to move projects forward and follow-up on leads.Leads researching of the markets; accumulating data on businesses, and identifying the key allies to be targeted on behalf of the programs.Build a base of “registered” Trade Allies specific to the specified programs.Identify improvement barriers and report information to the Program Manager.Ensure continuous improvement of operations.Prepare robust weekly, monthly and quarterly activity reports and track progress towards program goals.In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…2-4 years of relative industry experienceBachelor’s degree preferredTarget Compensation:$57,000.00DOT RequirementsIf applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.Compensation Range$52,000.00 - $74,400.00CurrencyUSDTypeSalaryAny offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.CLEAResult will not provide sponsorship or support for immigration status or work authorization including for international students.
