Electrical Project Manager

The Romanoff Group of Companies is actively seeking qualified candidates for the Electrical Project Manager position to join our award-winning team. The Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for managing project specific plans, operations, changes, resource forecasting, risks, and customer relations. Position Responsibilities Assist with project planning, layouts, manpower allocation, and scheduling. Develop and coordinate project layouts using 2D drawings, Bluebeam, and BIM. Manage project schedules, budgets, costs, and overall execution. Review and process submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation. Monitor project progress, job costs, billing, and performance against schedules and budgets. Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and project leadership. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, code, and contract compliance. Review plans, specifications, and contract documents across multiple trades. Oversee subcontractor performance and material deliveries. Support project closeout, punch lists, and record documentation. Mentor team members and promote professional development. Ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, state/local codes, and company policies. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Required: 5+ years of project management experience (construction preferred). Required: 3+ years of supervisory experience. Required: Proficient MS Suites (excel, word, outlook, etc.) Required: Experience with project management software and reading blueprints/drawings.
