Corporate Paralegal

My client, a single family office, is hiring a Corporate Paralegal to manage governance and entity administration across a complex, multi-entity structure. What you'll do Maintain corporate records, resolutions, consents, minutes, and governance documents for domestic and international entities Support entity formations, dissolutions, mergers, and conversions Manage compliance calendars, annual reports, state filings, and registered agent matters Handle KYC/AML, beneficial ownership, and due diligence requests from banks, auditors, and partners Build and maintain detailed org charts reflecting ownership and management changes Own the document management system (Laserfiche), including naming conventions, version control, and retention Partner with legal, finance, tax, treasury, and accounting on due diligence, ownership schedules, and special projects What you'll bring 5+ years of corporate paralegal experience across multiple legal entities Background in a family office, private equity, investment management, or holding company environment strongly preferred Familiarity with trusts, LLCs, corporations, partnerships, and holding structures; exposure to M&A and restructurings Knowledge of Secretary of State filing requirements across jurisdictions Proficiency with Laserfiche (or similar) and advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio Paralegal Certificate strongly preferred; Associate's or Bachelor's preferred Thomson Reuters tools (Westlaw, Practical Law, CoCounsel, ONESOURCE) and entity management software a plus Exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to juggle many entities #J-18808-Ljbffr
