About This Role

We're seeking part-time Sales staff to join our team and help people live better lives through cycling!

In this role, you'll be working with customers to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on our products and services. You'll also be responsible for greeting customers, collecting information, making product recommendations, and demonstrating products through test rides.

This is a great opportunity to work in a team environment, develop your skills, and increase sales through exceptional customer service.

Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.

Other duties as needed / assigned.

Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers.

Provide positive and excited one of a kind customer service.

Greet customers and utilize the sales process to understand a customer's needs and ascertain the right combination of products and services for the customer.

Interest in developing own skills and knowledge

Got to like helping people

Previous bike shop sales experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail

Play well with others

Ability to maintain open and positive relations with employees and customers

Experience preferred working in retail sales.

Interest in working in a team environment committed to providing excellent sales and service experience while increasing sales through service

Ability to periodically lift 40 pounds

Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings and weekends
