Piccola Pasta Shop
Piccola Pasta Shop is looking for a full-time Pasta Cook to join our production kitchen team.
This role is focused on fresh pasta production, sauces, fillings, prep, and daily kitchen operations. You’ll assist with making fresh pasta, preparing pasta fillings, cooking sauces, helping with specials, and learning to use our pasta equipment, including ravioli machines and pasta extruders. Responsibilities include:- Preparing sauces, fillings, and daily prep
- Assisting with fresh pasta production
- Helping cook pasta dishes and weekly specials
- Supporting dessert and prepared food production when needed
- Learning and operating pasta equipment
- Keeping the production kitchen clean, organized, and efficient
- Following food safety and sanitation standards We’re looking for someone with previous kitchen experience who knows how to cook, works clean, pays attention to detail, and is excited to learn more about fresh pasta production. Requirements:
- 2+ years of kitchen experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production kitchen
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, organized, and proactive
- Availability for morning and evening shifts
- No customer-facing responsibilities; this is a back-of-house production role
