What You'll Do:

• Assess patients' physical, psychosocial, and discharge planning needs
• Establish nursing diagnoses and develop personalized care plans
• Administer medications and perform wound, skin, and pain assessments
• Operate biomedical and patient care equipment, including infusion pumps and monitors
• Assist with activities of daily living and fall risk management
• Support invasive and non-invasive procedures alongside physicians
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and care routines
• Document all patient care activities thoroughly in electronic records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care

What You Need:

• Valid Oregon RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant nursing experience, preferably in behavioral health
• Strong critical thinking and crisis response skills
• Effective communication and teaching abilities
• Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment
