21 hours ago Be among the first 25 applicants Accountant – Sr Work Location - Dallas TX 75202 Business Unit - FINANCE - CORP FINANCIAL PLANNING Positions Requested - 1 Hours per Day - 8 Hours per Week - 40 Total Hours – 6-month contract US Citizen or Permanent resident Project Name - Traffic Compensation Accounting Functions *** On-site in Dallas, TX 5 days per week *** Hours are 8a-5p M-F with potential for some OT TOP SKILLS Accounting degree CPA desired or MBA in Accounting 5+ years of experience Proficient in Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Oracle Fusion, Microsoft Access, SQL. Data mining Power Query/Power BI Financial analysis Data-driven decisions Frequently collaborates with leadership Responsible for managing expense accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Coordinates closing efforts. Leads problem resolutions of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation. May prepare balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries. Interprets the meaning of complex accounting reports, records, and statements. Prepares and analyzes reports for clear presentation to CFO, operational partners and leadership. Demonstrates judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Uses skills as a seasoned, experienced professional. Pay Range: $45 - $60/HR W2 The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
