Home Health Caregiver Position Available
Job Summary
Modani Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Caregiver to join our team of caregivers in Forsyth, GA. As a Home Health Caregiver with Modani Care, you will provide essential support and care services to seniors and adults in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. Responsibilities
Provide non-medical care services, including personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation, to ensure the comfort and well-being of our clients
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed
Encourage and support our clients to maintain their independence and autonomy
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families to ensure the highest level of care and communication
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, as necessary, to ensure comprehensive care and support
Maintain accurate records and reports of client care and services provided
Adhere to Modani Care's policies, procedures, and standards of practice
