Construction Project Manager

Exxel Pacific seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead complex commercial and multifamily projects across the Pacific Northwest. This role oversees budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and quality from preconstruction through closeout. The PM will collaborate closely with clients, design teams, and field staff to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery. Ideal candidates bring strong technical skills, leadership, and communication, along with a commitment to safety, integrity, and building lasting relationships in a team-focused environment.
