New Grad RN-Med/Surg/Tele (3 East) FT Days 7am-7:30pm

Job Summary Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Directs and coordinates all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practice standards for patients in medical-surgical and telehealth services. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and to achieve desired patient outcomes. Serves as the Resource nurse role when oriented and as directed. Supports the organization’s vision and mission. Utilizes knowledge of patient age, developmental status, spiritual, and cultural diversity in the provision of patient care. Contributes to the provision of quality nursing care through performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care. Education, Experience, Training Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing certificate. Licensure in the state of California as a Registered Nurse (RN). Proficient in oral and written communication skills; demonstrates leadership, interpersonal skills, teamwork, quality improvement, and professionalism. Current California RN License BCLS and ACLS (AHA) skills current and maintained. NIHSS certification current and maintained. Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in written and oral English.
