This role involves overseeing the Harvest Leadership Network, campus operations, event planning, and expanding key initiatives while ensuring efficiency and excellence across all areas.Key Responsibilities:Office of the Bishop Support: Assist and manage administrative tasks for the Office of the Bishop, keeping the direct upline informed on critical matters.Harvest Leadership Network: Oversee the management and expansion of the Harvest Leadership Network, ensuring smooth growth and alignment with organizational goals.Campus Operations: Ensure campus operations run with excellence and efficiency, including managing staff coaching, human resources, vendor and account relations, and handling personnel matters.Campus Communications & Ministries: Manage communications, campus ministries, worship experiences, and coordinate the master calendar for campus events.Programs Management: Oversee the management and expansion of campus initiatives such as HarvestU, Dream Team, and the Apprenticeship program.Email & Communication Management: Regularly monitor and prioritize incoming communications to ensure only critical matters are escalated to the Upline.Calendar Management: Maintain a well-organized calendar that includes both professional and personal commitments. Ensure Upline’s time is protected by prioritizing important requests.Event Planning & Coordination: Plan and manage corporate events, ensuring they align with organizational goals and the Upline’s schedule.Time Management & Optimization: Continuously seek ways to improve efficiency in the Upline’s schedule, helping to optimize time and resources.Proactive Problem-Solving: Be proactive in identifying moving pieces and potential issues, coming prepared with solutions and addressing matters ahead of time.Job Type: Full-timePay: $2,500.00 - $5,000.00 per monthBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceWork Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
