Guest Services Representative Hampton Inn and Suites Pembroke Pines Hotel is looking for a detailed, outgoing, customer‑service professional to join our Guest Services team. What You’ll Do Provide outstanding service while checking guests in and out. Advocate for guests by responding to requests and concerns with urgency and empathy. Process payments for guests and make necessary changes to their accounts. Enter and update reservation information in the system. Collaborate with other departments to communicate room availability and status. Maintain the front‑desk area so it is clean, welcoming, and organized. Close and balance room accounts. Preferred Qualifications 1 year of customer service experience. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to cultivate a productive team that embodies the P.E.A.C.H. values. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment with constant priority changes.
