Diverse Project Portfolio: Support a variety of project types, including residential towers, commercial buildings, mixed‑use developments, and infrastructure projects. Job Details Key Responsibilities: Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination efforts. Prepare and track submittals, RFIs, change documentation, and project reports. Coordinate with Project Managers, superintendents, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with contract documents, specifications, and safety requirements. Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, identifying potential risks and supporting mitigation strategies. Participate in site walks, inspections, and quality control activities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in a construction engineering or project support role. Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications. Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. Familiarity with QA/QC processes and field coordination.
