This is a Full-Time position based in Kentucky Farms, Virginia, United States. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional with a passion for environmental health, responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive business growth. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads. Manage all digital marketing channels, including the company website, social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, and SEO/SEM activities. Create compelling and informative content, such as blog posts, case studies, and social media updates, to educate our target audience on the importance of air quality. Analyse marketing campaign performance using key metrics and provide regular reports to guide future strategies. Organise and represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and community outreach programmes. Collaborate closely with our technical and sales teams to ensure all marketing materials are accurate, aligned with our services, and effectively communicate our value proposition. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities within the environmental services sector. Qualifications Proven experience in a marketing role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. Excellent understanding of digital marketing principles, tools, and best practices. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Proficiency in data analysis and the use of marketing analytics tools. A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
