Grants Associate

Ohel is seeking a full-time Grants Associate to support the team responsible for Government, Capital, and Foundation grants and contracts. This individual will work closely with, and report to, Ohel’s Senior Grants Manager. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to Senior Grants Manager Maintain accurate filing of grant/contract documentation Assist with project management tasks, including tracking grant/contract activities Research funding opportunities Contribute to improved efficiency of grants operation Required Skills Ability to perform in a fast-paced team environment, balance multiple projects to meet timelines and deadlines, and proactively manage workflow Strong verbal, written, research, and communications skills Superior organizational and follow-through skills, and attention to detail Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with internal and external staff Proficiency with Word, Adobe, Excel, Adobe Suite; project management platforms a plus Minimum Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a position with similar duties Experience working in the non-profit sector; knowledge of government systems and processes a plus Ability to work effectively independently Position includes a competitive benefits package that includes a 403B retirement plan with employee contribution, sick and vacation paid time off (PTO) and for full-time employees, health insurance.
