Forklift Operator – Ellisville, MO (1st Shift & 2nd shift)

1st shift - 6a-2:30p (Starting as early as 4a for OT)

2nd shift - 2:30p-11p (Working as late as 1a for OT)

We’re seeking a dependable and safety-focused Forklift Operators to support manufacturing operations in Ellisville, MO. In this role, you’ll ensure materials are delivered efficiently to keep production running smoothly and orders shipped on time.

What You’ll Do

Operate powered industrial equipment (forklift, electric pallet jack) in tight spaces

Deliver materials to production machines to support quality output

Use RF scanners and computer systems to manage inventory transactions

Receive, stage, and put away incoming materials

Operate stretch wrap equipment, scales, and related tools

Perform routine forklift safety inspections

Lift up to 35 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, climbing ladders, etc.)

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Follow all safety, quality, and compliance procedures

Collaborate with your team to meet daily production goals

Required Qualifications

Completion of forklift and electric pallet jack operator training

High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution

Basic math skills

Ability to safely lift up to 35 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks

Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift

Preferred Skills

Previous experience operating powered industrial equipment

Familiarity with RF scanners and inventory systems

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Strong teamwork and communication skills
