URGENT: Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Job Description

We are seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to become a part of our team! You will be responsible for all activities of the Shipping and Receiving department as well as inventory control.

Responsibilities:

Inbound and Outbound - Loading/Unloading, Staging
Perform distribution process with various departments, including Material Handling
Inventory and Auditing - verify product, manifests, invoices and orders
Prepare Outgoing shipments by inspecting, weighing, labeling, loading
Data Entry, prepare documents, and ensure accuracy
Pack, seal, label, or affix postage - prepare materials by using necessary tools

Qualifications:

Previous experience in Shipping and Receiving process and Carriers
Understands S/R processes and paperwork - BOLS, Manifests, Invoices, Work Orders, etc.
Previous forklift, hand tools and electric pallet jack experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word
Deadline and detail-oriented, ensure "HOT" requests are fulfilled promptly
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
