URGENT: Shipping and Receiving Clerk

We are seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to become a part of our team! You will be responsible for all activities of the Shipping and Receiving department as well as inventory control.
Responsibilities:
- Inbound and Outbound - Loading/Unloading, Staging
- Perform distribution process with various departments, including Material Handling
- Inventory and Auditing - verify product, manifests, invoices and orders
- Prepare Outgoing shipments by inspecting, weighing, labeling, loading
- Data Entry, prepare documents, and ensure accuracy
- Pack, seal, label, or affix postage - prepare materials by using necessary tools
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Shipping and Receiving process and Carriers
- Understands S/R processes and paperwork - BOLS, Manifests, Invoices, Work Orders, etc.
- Previous forklift, hand tools and electric pallet jack experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word
- Deadline and detail-oriented, ensure "HOT" requests are fulfilled promptly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
