Qualifications and Requirements:

• Esthetics License/Certification.
• Adherence to local and state licensing/certification laws,

regulations, and requirements.

• Professional liability insurance.
• Must be willing and able to perform all waxing services, including

Brazilians. · Experience with Dermalogica or Image skin care lines required. Job Duties: * Perform 50 and 80-minute customized skin care treatment sessions including facials, microdermabrasion, peels, LED, waxing and additional services as offered.

• Recommend tailored skin care products to best meet the needs of each client.
• Continue to expand skin care skills, knowledge, and abilities.
• Complete required and ongoing training requirements within a set time frame.
• Meet service and retail sales quotas.
• Become an Elite Esthetician within the first year of employment by becoming a

Dermalogica Expert and Clarity Rx Master. * Educate clients on the benefits of proper skin care treatment protocols and the use of appropriate products.

• Complete job-related side work when not seeing clients.
• Follow spa policies and procedures.

enhance knowledge.
