The Granite Group is hiring Senior Inside Sales Representatives for existing and future Eastern Massachusetts branches. If you have experience in plumbing, HVAC, PVF, hydronics, or a related trade and enjoy helping customers find the right solutions, this is a great opportunity to grow with New England’s fastest-growing plumbing, hydronics, HVAC, and PVF wholesale distributor. In these customer-facing roles, you will support contractors, plumbers, HVAC professionals, builders, and other trade customers. You will help process orders, answer product questions, recommend solutions, and contribute to a positive branch experience every day. Helpful Product Knowledge Experience with any of the following products or categories is helpful, but not required for every candidate: Midea HVAC Products Weil-McLain Boilers NTI Boilers State Water Heaters Rinnai Boilers & Water Heaters Uponor IBC Boilers Candidates with experience in any of the following areas are encouraged to apply: HVAC Plumbing Pipe, valves, and fittings for residential or commercial applications Hydronic Heating Well & Water Systems Qualifications Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. Sales-minded approach with a focus on helping customers succeed. Experience in plumbing, HVAC, PVF, hydronics, wholesale distribution, construction supply, or related field preferred. Ability to learn and communicate technical product information. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Team-oriented attitude and commitment to excellence. What You’ll Do Assist customers face to face and by phone with orders, pricing, availability, and product questions. Recommend plumbing, HVAC, PVF, hydronic, and related products based on customer needs. Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Build relationships with contractors, plumbers, HVAC technicians, builders, and other trade professionals. Support branch sales goals by identifying customer needs and suggesting value-added products or services.
