Position Type: Hourly Salary: Starting at $18.15 Responsibilities Ensure all crew members provide excellent customer service. Train crew on B.E.S.T. customer service experience; ensure fast, friendly check‑out. Lead store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals set by District Manager. Lead front‑end operations, ensuring front‑end merchandising (candy, soda, snacks) meets brand standards. Ensure front‑end equipment is in working order; train associates on equipment use. Manage opening and closing procedures, maintain store cleanliness, recovery, and keep store ready for customers. Perform store manager duties in the manager’s absence. Recruit, train, coach, develop, and supervise all crew members. Review all corporate communications and respond accordingly. Partner with store leadership in merchandising procedures and World Recovery. Perform store maintenance including garbage removal, sweeping, cleaning bathrooms, stock room upkeep. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Frequently operate cash register. Move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs and adjust items up to 5‑10 feet high. Ascend and descend ladders to retrieve and put away stock. Kneel, bend, twist, and stoop regularly in stock room and on sales floor. Communicate with customers via telephone and in‑store, and with managers and coworkers. Interact with customers accurately in these situations. Assist customers while moving across sales floor and accessing stock room. Work flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel as required. Interpret email and print instructions for merchandise layouts, associate schedules, and SOPs. Remain in upright stationary position 80% of the time. Qualifications High School Graduate or equivalent; college experience preferred. Minimum 2 years of management experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi‑task. Creative thinking. Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
