As a Speech-Language Pathologist in this school-based role, you’ll collaborate with educators, administration, and the school community to deliver assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and help students thrive academically and socially.

Key Qualifications:

• Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP, SLP-CCC, or SLP-CFY)
• Experience in school settings, with a focus on special education and pediatrics
• Comfortable providing services in accordance with IEP goals and district guidelines
• Demonstrated commitment to working with diverse learners and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Complete comprehensive assessments and develop targeted therapy plans for students with a range of communication needs
• Deliver direct therapy services individually and in group settings, focusing on speech, language, voice, and fluency
• Monitor student progress, document outcomes, and participate in IEP meetings
• Serve as a resource for teachers, parents, and administrators regarding speech and language development
• Adapt therapy techniques to meet student needs and support ongoing progress
