AEM TECH LEAD

Title: AEM Tech Lead


Location: Eagan, MN

In summary, this person will ensure smooth operations in the AEM platform; enabling setup and management of AEM deployment pipelines, code repositories and automated builds/deployments/testing.


This person also takes accountability in ensuring platform stability, performance and security in all application releases by providing change and release governance.


This person is also responsible for planning and managing infrastructure projects like scaling, upgrades and migrations.


Qualifications:


1 At least 3 years of experience handling operational role with development and/or infrastructure projects involving AEM.


2 Good technical acumen on AEM related to content management/custom development/deployment


3. Experience in governing large number of agile teams sharing the same AEM platform


4. Ability to plan/manage AEM infrastructure projects with minimum impact to delivery/operations


5 Ability to work with large set of demanding stakeholders and manage their expectations


6. Experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines, build, deployment and test automation preferably with AEM Cloud Manager


7. Knowledge of functional, security and performance testing processes, tools and metrics


8. Knowledge of application development on AEM (custom components)


9. Knowledge of content management activities in AEM


10. Knowledge of AEM architecture & infrastructure


11. Good project management skills (Roadmaps, project plans, RACI, RAID)


12. Assertive to push the application teams on their commitments. Leverage relationship and escalations.


13. Experience engaging various teams in Adobe, hold Adobe accountable on their commitments and maintain productive relationship


14. Experience working with Adobe managed services for AEM is a plus.


15. Excellent verbal and written communication in facilitating conversations, status meetings, status reporting 16. Quick learner and self-starter
