Piercing Excellence: Join the ranks of our piercing experts through comprehensive training, conduct piercings, educate on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment, and address questions and concerns throughout the process. Keep It Fresh: Maintain an Insta‑worthy store with perfect displays, organized inventory, and easy‑to‑shop layouts that make browsing fun and effortless. Team Collaboration: Support the Store Manager by motivating the team, sharing sales tips, and creating a positive, high‑energy vibe that customers (and coworkers) love. Brand Representation: Showcase Claire’s products and services and stay plugged into the latest fashion and social media trends to help customers find their perfect style. Store Operations: Keep the heartbeat of our store strong by overseeing operations with efficiency and flair—from managing inventory and handling cash transactions to visual merchandising and coordinating promotional activities. Create Shareable Moments: Encourage customers to show off their new accessories and piercings on social media, turning their Claire’s haul into the next viral moment. Qualifications Sales‑Obsessed Energy: Love the thrill of making a sale, hitting goals, and turning browsers into buyers. Social & Digital Savvy: Know what’s trending, what’s viral, and how to translate that into an amazing customer experience. Customer‑First Mentality: Get people and love making them feel confident and empowered. Retail & Leadership Skills: At least one year of retail experience, ideally with some leadership or sales‑driving responsibility. Ready to Hustle: Organized, self‑motivated, and always looking for ways to level up. Can conduct piercings and demonstrate patience and empathy, particularly with young or anxious customers. Proficient in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales efficiently. High school education completed and at least one year of retail management experience. Physical capability to stand during scheduled shifts, maneuver 11‑35kg, bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders or step stools while placing merchandise and assisting customers. Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, employees, and management. Strong grasp of mathematics for inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling. Driven team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Passion for fashion, staying up to date with the latest trends to enhance the customer experience and drive sales. Compensation Range: $9.50 – $11.00. All positions will be compensated at or above the legally mandated minimum wage for the location in which work is performed. The final compensation will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
