Job Summary
We are seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Therapist to provide high-quality virtual mental health services to clients residing in the State of Maryland . This role is fully remote and ideal for clinicians who are passionate about culturally responsive care and flexible telehealth delivery.
Responsibilities
- Perform intakes and assessments
- Create individualized treatment plans for each client
- Provide individual (and/or group) psychotherapy via secure telehealth platforms
Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with Maryland regulations
Deliver culturally competent, trauma-informed care to diverse populations
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams as needed
Adhere to HIPAA, ethical standards, and state licensing requirements
Qualifications
Active, unrestricted Maryland clinical license , such as:
- LCSW-C (Licensed Certified Social Worker–Clinical)
- LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor)
- LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)
- Licensed Psychologist
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Experience providing psychotherapy to adults, children, and/or families
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in virtual/telehealth settings
- Familiarity with Maryland Medicaid and/or commercial insurance documentation
- Specialties such as trauma, anxiety, depression, family systems, or multicultural counseling
