We are a fast-growing plaintiff-side employment law firm representing employees in wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage & hour, and other employment matters throughout California.

Our environment is hands-on, fast-moving, and built for attorneys who want to grow. You will not be stuck doing isolated research work while someone else litigates the case. You’ll take ownership, work directly on active matters, and gain meaningful exposure to litigation strategy, depositions, negotiations, hearings, and trial preparation.

What You’ll Do

• Manage employment litigation matters from intake through resolution

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and mediation materials

• Take and defend depositions

• Appear at hearings, conferences, and mediations

• Participate in litigation strategy and case evaluation

• Prepare cases for trial and assist in trial work

• Communicate directly with clients throughout their case

What We’re Looking For

• Active California Bar license in good standing

• 2+ years of employment litigation or personal injury experience

• Strong writing, research, and motion practice skills

• Experience handling cases with a high level of ownership and accountability

• Interest in becoming a stronger litigator and gaining courtroom experience

• Comfortable working in a technology-forward environment

• Someone proactive, sharp, organized, and able to work independently while collaborating with a team

Compensation

$120,000 – $180,000 depending on experience, with strong growth opportunity based on performance and case responsibility.

This is a full-time, on-site position in our Canoga Park office.
