Are you a Project Manager looking to join a well-respected commercial general contractor known for delivering complex, high-profile projects throughout the Greater Philadelphia region?
Our client is an established and growing General Contractor/Construction Manager with an outstanding reputation for quality, repeat business, and employee retention. They are seeking a motivated Project Manager with approximately four or more years of commercial construction experience who is ready to take ownership of challenging projects while continuing to grow their career.

- Healthcare & Hospital Facilities
- Higher Education & Institutional Projects
- Laboratory & Life Sciences
- Corporate Interiors
- Pharmaceutical Facilities
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, owners, architects, and field personnel.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Monitor project costs, quality, and safety while ensuring successful project execution.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the construction process.
Qualifications
- Approximately 4+ years of Project Management experience with a Commercial General Contractor or Construction Manager.
- Experience managing commercial, healthcare, hospital, higher education, laboratory, pharmaceutical, or institutional construction projects.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
