Multimedia Designer

About the Role We are looking for a talented Multimedia Designer to join our global Creative Delivery Team and support a large airline client. You will be responsible for creating, adapting, and scaling high-quality creative assets across digital, social, and paid media channels. This role combines multimedia design, motion graphics, video, GenAI, Figma, and creative automation. You will work closely with Art Directors, Designers, Creative Strategists, Ad Developers, Traffic Managers, and Client Services teams to deliver engaging creative at scale while maintaining strong brand and craft standards. Key Responsibilities Create digital assets including banners, social content, paid media creatives, 2D designs, motion graphics, and videos. Set up and manage creative automation workflows, including dynamic templates and feed-based asset generation. Develop reusable and modular design systems that allow creative assets to be efficiently adapted across formats and markets. Use GenAI tools to generate and scale high-quality static and video content. Edit video content and create motion graphics for digital advertising and social campaigns. Develop and maintain visual guidelines for paid media based on existing brand guidelines. Optimize creative assets for platforms including Google Display, YouTube, DemandGen, PMax, DV360, and Creative Studio. Adapt creative assets for different countries, languages, and cultural requirements. Collaborate with the Art Director and wider creative team to develop and execute campaign concepts. Maintain quality assurance standards and ensure creative accuracy and consistency. Document creative automation workflows and establish standardized team processes. Stay up to date with emerging design, GenAI, automation, and digital advertising technologies. Requirements 3+ years of experience in multimedia design, 2D design, motion graphics, and video editing. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro. Expert-level Figma, including components, variables, Auto Layout, template architecture, and familiarity with its plugin/API ecosystem. 2+ years of hands-on experience using GenAI tools for professional image and video production. Experience with Google Vertex AI tools, such as Veo 3, Nano Banana, or equivalent GenAI platforms. Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Display, DemandGen, PMax, YouTube, DV360, or Creative Studio. Strong understanding of digital advertising formats, responsive design, animation, and motion. Experience with node-based creative workflows, such as ComfyUI or Figma Weave. Familiarity with scripting or low-code technologies, such as JavaScript for Figma plugins or HTML. Experience with LoRAs and/or fine-tuning is highly desirable. Strong prompt engineering skills, including the ability to create and maintain prompt libraries and style references. Ability to integrate AI-generated outputs into professional-grade creative while maintaining high craft and brand standards. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
